Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Flogen products are for research use only and are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
2. Warranties: Flogen are warranted to conform to offer products as stated chemical or biological specification. Our sole and exclusive liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to products proved to our satisfaction to be defective or nonconforming shall be replacement of such products without charge or refund of the purchase price, in our sole discretion, upon the return of such products in accordance with our instructions. We will not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages involving their use.
3. Changes to orders: Once shipment confirmation has been sent, additional changes will be treated as a new order and a new shipping fee will applied.

4. Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Customer Service at flogensales@febico.com.tw to ensure tracking and confirmation of cancellation. No cancellation requests are accepted after 16pm (GMT+8) on the day of shipment.

5. Returns: Flogen will only accept returns with prior written permission and shipping instructions. Goods may not be returned for credit except with our permission. If items are orders in errors, they cannot be returned due to the nature of the products. If products are agreed for return, they must be in unused and undamaged condition, else you may be charged a damaged fee.
6. Payment: You may pay online via Paypal account, credit card (after login to Paypal) , or wire transfer. If by wire payment, terms of sale are paid in advance prior to shipping the order. The amount received must be sufficient to cover both the invoiced amount and any bank charges that may be incurred.

7. Taxes and other charges:  Buyer shall be responsible for any additional tax, duty, custom, inspection, testing, or any charges occurred by any authority. If Flogen is required to pay any such fee in advance, the buyer will reimburse afterward.
