Product Overview
MSEP-EX is an animal-derived component-free (ADCF) cell culture supplement designed to reduce reliance on fetal bovine serum (FBS) and human platelet lysate (hPL). When added to culture medium, MSEP-EX can replace up to 80% of serum without requiring cell adaptation, supporting consistent performance across multiple passages.
Extracted from edible plants, MSEP-EX carries a lower risk of pathogen contamination compared to animal-derived alternatives, making it an ethical and cost-effective choice for biologic production.
Validated cell types include: CHO, RD, MRC5, myoblasts, fibroblasts, epithelial cells, T cells, and mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSC, UC-MSC).

Instruction to Use
