Application
Streptavidin-FITC is excitable by 488 nm light and emits a fluorescence maximum at 520 nm, making it highly suitable for a range of fluorescence-based detection applications. It is commonly used in:

  • Flow Cytometry for detecting biotin-labeled antibodies or other biotinylated molecules
