Fluorochrome Brightness Index
Brightness scale 1 (dimmest) to 5 (brightest). It is a relative fluorescent intensity provided for you to choose that's most appropriate for your antibody expression. If the concentration of antigens to be tested is very low in the total sample, or the performance of the antibody-fluorochrome to be tested is not strong, it is recommended to use brighter fluorochrome and vice versa.
